Jessica Amber
Cich
March 26, 2026
Jessica Amber Cich, beloved daughter, mother, and friend, passed away at the age of 38, now at peace and reunited with loved ones in Heaven. Born on November 21, 1987 to Stacey and Paul Cich, Jessica brought a free-spirited energy and a lively presence to all who knew her. Jessica had compassion for the elderly and dedicated time to caring for them as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She also had a love for plants and was certified in horticulture. A talented writer, she found comfort in expressing herself through poetry. She loved music, treasured time with friends, and found joy in carefree days outdoors with moments that felt like summer never ended. She would have been happiest as a mermaid, drawn always to the water and the warmth of the sun. A passionate fan, she cheered proudly for the Minnesota Vikings and the FSU Seminoles. Growing up, Jessica spent her summers outside with her cousins, playing in creeks and lakes and getting into just enough mischief to make lasting memories. Those early days reflected the adventurous and spirited person she was, guided always by a heart drawn to freedom and fun. Above all else, Jessica’s greatest love was her son, Jackson. She cherished each moment spent with him and found happiness in watching him grow. Her love for Jackson was unwavering and will continue to live on through him. She also carried with her an unborn baby girl, now at peace with her in Heaven and forever remembered. Jessica was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Barbara Bishop; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Faye Cich; her uncle, Chad Bishop; and her cousin, Noah Patterson. She is survived by her beloved son, Jackson; her parents, Stacey Bishop and Paul Cich; her Papa, Freddy Bishop; her Aunt Sonya (Danny) Copeland; Uncle Bart Bishop; Aunt Shannon (Daryl) Erwin; Uncle Greg (Bobbie) Cich; Aunt Patricia Cich Lee; Aunt Victoria (Micah) Neis; and many cousins, extended family members, and cherished friends who loved her deeply and will miss her more than words can express. Jessica will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her love of the water and sunshine, and the meaningful moments she shared with those closest to her. Like many lives, hers was not without its challenges, but she leaves behind memories, stories, and a deep love for her son that will continue to carry forward.
