Mr. Jerry Wayne Meeks, age 66, passed away November 22, 2024.  He was born on March 6, 1958 in Opp, Alabama to Robert Frank Meeks and Mildred Lucille Crabtree Meeks

Mr. Meeks was a resident of the Morrison Springs Community formerly a longtime resident of Niceville, Florida. He was Baptist by faith. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He worked as a Carpenter for many years. He enjoyed woodworking, he also enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Mr. Meeks was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Earl Meeks, Bill Meeks, David Meeks and John Meeks and sister, Patricia Pinkham.

Mr. Meeks is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Mattie L. Meeks of Ponce de Leon, Florida; children, Joseph Meeks, Daniel Meeks and Meagan Meeks; grandchildren, Kinston Meeks, Madison Meeks and Mason Meeks; brothers, Jody Meeks (June) and James (Mikey) Meeks and sisters, Betty Ellis, Mary White (Edward) and Katie Brown (Tim).

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 4:00 PM, Monday, December 2, 2024 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; with Reverend Joel Glenn officiating.
