Jerry Don
Bozeman
May 6, 1969 – March 28, 2026
Jerry “Don” Bozeman Jr., 56, of Freeport, Florida, passed away on March 28, 2026. Don was born on May 6, 1969, in Bakersfield, California, to parents Jerry Don Bozeman Sr. and Carolyn Fox Bozeman.
Known throughout his life by his middle name, Don graduated from Arvin High School in Bakersfield before proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force. After completing his military service, he spent many dedicated years with the Coca-Cola Company as an account manager and later worked extensively in the wine industry and construction sales. In recent years, he found great joy in running his business, Emerald Coast Pavers, Turf & Block Retaining Walls, alongside his wife, Ashley.
Don lived with a vibrant spirit and a heart that touched everyone he met. An avid fisherman, he loved camping, boating, and spending time with family, friends, and his dogs. His larger-than-life personality, sense of humor, and generous nature made him unforgettable. He was the kind of man who effortlessly lifted others up and gave selflessly without expecting anything in return.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Ashley Cobb Bozeman, and their two dogs, Beau and Stella. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Don Bozeman Sr., and mother, Carolyn Fox Bozeman, as well as a special dog named Putz.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Heritage Church, 926 County Highway 83A West, Freeport, Florida with Reverend Joel Glenn officiating.
