Mrs. Janice Lynn Marie Richmond, age 69, passed away April 10, 2024.  She was born on December 10, 1954 in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada to Arnold and Jean Winter.

Mrs. Richmond was a resident of Freeport, Florida She spent most of her years growing up in California where she met and married her husband, Stephen Parker September 29, 1975. She stated that she met the Lord when she married Stephen. They were baptized together October 17, 1976 at the Church on the Way in Van Nuys, California. Janice was a member of Destiny Worship Center in Freeport, Florida. She was involved in numerous small groups at her church and attended a book club with many of her church friends. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, boating and water skiing. She was a bowler and a Darts enthusiast and her family would tell you she was known for being adorably competitive. She was musically inclined and played the accordion. Janice had an infectious laugh and was known to root for the underdog. She will be missed and loved by so many people.

Mrs. Richmond was preceded in death by her mother and father, Arnold and Jean Winter, and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Donald and Marion Parker.

Mrs. Richmond is survived by her husband Stephen Parker of Montana; her children Joshua Parker of Florida, Jessica Parker of Florida, Jaclyn Graff (Phillip) Graff of Florida, Stephanie Parker and Corre MacPherson of Florida; brothers, Arnold Winter, Jr (Blanca) of California, Gerald Winter (Barbara) of California. She is also survived her 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date.
