Mrs. Jan Kinsey Martin, age 68, passed away Monday, November 24, 2025. She was born on September 29, 1957 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida to Arnold Martin Kinsey and Betty Louise Royals Kinsey.

Mrs. Martin was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Indian Creek Baptist Church, where she served as the sound technician and also helped with Vacation Bible School. She graduated from Walton High School in 1975 and later graduated from Troy University receiving her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She worked in Finance as a Brokers Assistant for many years. She also worked as a substitute school teacher. She enjoyed golfing and riding motorcycles.

Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents Arnold Martin Kinsey and Betty Louise Royals Kinsey.

Mrs. Martin is survived by her loving husband, Greg W. Martin; her step-son, Gregory T. Williams and her brother, Jon M. Kinsey and his wife Sammie. She is also survived by her nephews, Jaye Kinsey and his wife Chen and their daughter Olivia, Christopher Burgess his wife Heather and their children Rhiannon and Charlee Grace and one niece, Sharon Alford and her children Emmalee and Lacey.

A time of visitation will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 PM, Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Indian Creek Baptist Church; 3964 County Hwy 280A, DeFuniak Springs, FL, Florida.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Indian Creek Baptist Church with Reverend Scot Keppel officiating.

Flowers are being accepted.

Burial will be held at Magnolia Cemetery in the Kinsey family plot.
