Mr. James Howard Manning Curry, age 73, passed away September 19, 2024.  He was born on July 10,1951 in Westville, Florida to Johnnie Manning and Rose Etta Holley Curry.

Mr. Curry was a resident of Walton County, Florida. He was Holiness by faith and a member of New Life Holiness Church. He was a devoted father, brother, uncle and friend. He worked as a Carpenter for many years. He was very talented and could build anything. He was also an avid fisherman.

Mr. Curry was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Manning; mother, Rose Curry; two brothers, John Delmar Curry and Floyd Lavelle Curry; two sisters, Patsy Curry and Edna Adams and one daughter, Angela Curry Manning.

Mr. Curry is survived by his sister, Susan Annette Manning; nieces, Olga Houtchen and her four boys, Tina Wallace Curry and Melissa Scott; nephew, Bo Curry and Deanna; sister-in-law, Margaret Curry and cousins, Frank Manning and Debbie, Patricia Melvin and Betty Jo Groce. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousin.

A time of visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Monday, September 23, 2024 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 23, 2024 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; with Reverend Kenny Montgomery and Reverend Wilber Williams officiating.

Flowers are being accepted.

Burial will be held at Magnolia Cemetery.
