Mrs. Ina Marie Santos, age 78, passed away May 22, 2024. She was born August 20, 1945, in Fairfield, California to Joseph and Laura (Matthews) Hurst.

Mrs. Santos was a resident of Freeport, Florida. While originally from Napa Valley, California she also loved the Florida sunshine and beautiful Emerald Coast beaches. Mrs. Santos was in banking for over 30 years, retiring from Eglin Federal Credit Union. Ina enjoyed retirement and lived a life of love, kindness, compassion, and selflessness and will be deeply missed. May her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all those who knew her, and may her legacy continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those whose lives she forever touched.

Mrs. Santos was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband Robert "Bob" Santos and brothers Jimmy and Terry Hurst.

Mrs. Santos is survived by her two sons, Joseph B. Santos (wife Becky) and Rene R. Santos; her daughter, Heidi M. (Santos) Williams (husband Derrick); six grandchildren, Marcus B. Williams (wife Morgan), Corey S. Williams, Devin S. Williams, Olivia E. Santos, Joshua R. Santos, and Joe E. Santos; and one great-grandchild, Skylar E. Williams; three brothers, Joe Hurst, Bruce Hurst and Tim Hurst; and one sister Kathie Peterson.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Christ the King Catholic Church; 15542 U.S. 331, Freeport, Florida 32439.

Burial will follow in Hatcher Cemetery.
