It is with great sadness and a broken heart that I announce the passing of my loving husband Gregory P Snoblin. Greg was 74 years old and passed away peacefully in my arms on February 16, 2026 while in our home here in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

Greg was born in Gainesville Florida and moved with his family to Michigan when he was about four. He grew up in a Catholic home and attended Catholic schools, graduating from Pontiac Catholic Central when he was just 17.  From there he purchased his first home in Birmingham MI and went to work at Pontiac Truck and Coach where he attended college and earned his apprenticeship in Tool and Die.  After 11 years, he decided to set out on his own and started his own business, where he spent the next 50 years working on furnaces, boilers, hot water heaters, air conditioners and anything else people needed him to do. He tiled many floors and laid wood flooring in many homes and businesses. He was a kind  and generous man, always willing to help anyone in need.  He also loved to collect stamps and British cars with the hope of one day being able to restore all of them back to their original beauty.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Snoblin, their children, Michele Preston and spouse Kevin, Calvin Caverly and spouse Michelle, his grandchildren, Cassandra and Kayla Leonard, Reid, Layla, and Bennett Caverly and great grandchildren, Rosemarie, Izabella, and Nevaeh, his brother Karl Snoblin and spouse Nikki and other close relatives and loving friends.

Rebecca, his wife, will hold a memorial service to honor his life, sometime in May 2026 at Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary Catholic Church located at 814 W. Nepessing St in Lapeer Michigan.  Further information will be made available through the family when time gets closer and final arrangements have been completed.
