Mr. Frederick William Sellitti, age 86, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023. He was born on July 26, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York to Martin and Selma Sax Wisch.

Mr. Sellitti was a Methodist by faith and was a member of Center Ridge Methodist Church in DeFuniak Springs. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving his country in the United States Army. He worked as a draftsman for over 12 years and also as a machinist working as a lead man and supervisor for 12 years before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and working in his workshop. Mr. Sellitti also helped at Caring & Sharing in South Walton County. He enjoyed cooking, shopping for the house, and visiting with others at Wal-Mart. He also enjoyed helping his neighbors. Mr. Sellitti was very active at the Senior Center helping with exercise equipment as well as Wii Bowling.

Mr. Sellitti was preceded in death by his father and mother; stepfather Vincent Sellitti; and one sister Edyth Walwardt.

Mr. Sellitti is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Carol Ann Sellitti of DeFuniak Springs; two sons Michael Sellitti and wife of Massachusetts, Frederick Dominick Sellitti of Medford, Massachusetts; one daughter Marcie Sellitti of Lowell, Massachusetts; three stepbrothers Vincent Sellitti, Jr., Mario Sellitti, Michael Sellitti; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30 PM, Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Center Ridge Methodist Church Fellowship Hall; 1649 County Highway 1883, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433, with Reverend Ray Kelly officiating.
