Mrs. Frankie Wells, age 53, of Ponce De Leon, Florida passed away March 8, 2009. She was born March 29, 1955 in Volusia County, Florida to Alfred and Juanita Knowles. Mrs. Wells had been a resident of Walton County for the pass 14 years moving from DeLand, Florida. She was Christian by faith and a member of the Shepherd Chapel church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-mother. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and painting. Mrs. Wells was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter Linda Gonzales. Mrs. Wells is survived by her two daughters Judy Keith and Jennifer Dixon of DeFuniak Springs; one brother Earl Knowles of DeFuniak Springs; four sisters Mary Issacs of Crestview, Jennette Sloan of DeLand, Linda Faye Knowles of DeFuniak Springs and Joy Buffo of Orange City, Florida; twelve grandchildren Tommy, Samantha, Kazz, Austin, Charlie, Vanessa, Ryan, Brittany, Charity, Carrissa, Casey and Dylan and one great grandchild Kaden. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 14, 2009 at the family residence.
