Ms. Elizabeth Ann Howard, age 62, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024. She was born on July 12, 1961, in Chalmette, Louisianna to Ray Henry Clement and Myrtle Cecil Miles.

Ms. Howard was a resident of Freeport, Florida for 20 years.

Ms.  Howard is survived by her sons, Scott Howard and Jordan Howard ( Shaye); one sister, Patricia 'Patty" Toon of Chalmette, Louisianna and one grandson, Bryson Howard.
