Mrs. Donna Kay Odom, age 61, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away December 9 2007. She was born October 10, 1946 in Greensboro, North Carolina to Robert and Margaret Davenport. Mrs. Odom was a resident of Walton County. She was a Christian by faith and a member of the Concerned Christian Church. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter # 115 DeFuniak Springs. She was a loving wife and mother who will greatly be missed. She was affectionately known as Meemaw. Mrs. Odom was preceded in death by her father and mother husband Ray Odom, one brother Robert Davenport, one granddaughter April Mae York. Mrs. Odom is survived by her two sons Albert J. York and Dean York both of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; four grandchildren Rebecka, Elizabeth, Jacob and Trevor York. A time of visitation will be held at 6:00~8:00 PM, Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 13, 2007 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Concerned Christian Church Cemetery. Those asked to serve as pallbearers are as Carle Odom, Charles Odom, James Odom, Billy Odom, Tim Hitaffer and Michael Moak. Floral arrangements are being accepted.
