Mr. David Michael Gregory, age 44, passed away October 22, 2023.  He was born on July 17, 1979, in Dubuque, Iowa to Lou Ann Gregory Guthrie.

David was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan and he enjoyed professional wrestling as a watcher and performer. He had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh and play jokes on everyone. He enjoyed doing scratch off and playing football. David worked for Stucco Construction, then many years at Hurricane Oyster Bar at Grayton Beach.

Mr. Gregory was preceded in death by his grandmothers Paula Gonzalez, Ann Smith, Beverly Gregory; grandfather Leonard Gregory; Jonathan (Scott) Horner and many aunts and uncles.

Mr. Gregory is survived by his mother, Lou Ann Gregory Guthrie; one brother Travis Cliburn; sister Brandy Lynn Cliburn both of Dubuque, Iowa; aunts Linda (Lizard), Susan, Cindy, Lisa, Christie; uncles Lenny, Dave, Wayne, Pat; and many cousins and his Hurricane Oyster Bar family.

He was a bright light that will never go out in everyone's heart that knew him.

Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date at Hurricane Oyster Bar.
