Cora Anne Neel was born June 23 ^rd , 2022, at 1:16 p.m. in Panama City. She is the daughter of Jeremy and Carmen (Cox) Neel. Cora was long desired by her parents and in November 2021 they received the joyous news of Carmen's pregnancy. With great love and expectations of her soon coming arrival, her parents, brothers, sisters, Aunts and Uncles and grandparents showered her with love during the entire pregnancy.

When Cora Anne Neel was born, God allowed her to be with her family for nearly four hours before calling her to her heavenly home. All that were able to hold her and experience her sweet spirit quickly realized that God had given them the most beautiful baby girl, who was just too angelic for this world.

Her family misses her dearly and awaits the day that they will be reunited with her for eternity.

Survivors are her parents, Jeremy Stephen Neel, and Carmen Elaine Neel of Freeport Florida. Her sibling's MacKenzie Neel (22), Lucas Neel (18), Chloe Neel (13), Wyatt Neel (8) and Camron Neel (7). Her grandparents Larry and Charri Neel of Rison AR, John and Paula Courter of Des Moines IA, and David and Joy Cox of Clarinda IA. Cora Anne was also blessed with wonderful uncle's, aunt's, cousin's and great grandparents surviving her as well, that are too numerous to list. A big family blessed by this little angel.
