Claire Louise Griffin, lovingly known as "Lou," passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and devotion to her family.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Don E. Griffin Jr. "Eddy," and their two daughters, Laura Ann Savage and Mindie Rae West (Robbie). She was a cherished Granny to Kylie Amber Savage-Coffey (Sam), Destiney Michelle Poe (Tyler), Sarah Elizabeth West, Gabriel William Loesch (Emma), Robert Michael West Jr., and Noah Robert West. She was also blessed to be a Great Granny to Elijah Mathew Poe.

Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey Welford Anderson "Wolf" and Antoinette Marie (Cuneo) Anderson.

A woman of unwavering faith, Lou's love for the Lord guided her throughout her life. Her family was her greatest joy, and she loved them deeply, always putting them first. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and devotion that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Her presence will be deeply missed, but her love and faith will remain forever in the lives she touched.

Receiving of Friends will be at 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, Saturday, March 22, 2025 at  Long Island Baptist Church; 5333 County Road 93 Bryant, AL 36958.

Celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Long Island Baptist Church.
