Christy Victoria Lewis age 51, of DeFuniak Springs passed away April 9, 2022, due to complications with advanced lung cancer. She has joined her father Charles Cleon Lewis and Kendra's father Marc Andrew Dean. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend. She had a benevolent soul that could fill the room with warmth. Christy is survived by her mother Barbara Banister; seven sisters and four brothers; many nieces and nephews; her sons Justin Zarate and Hunter Irvin; her daughters Jessica Zarate and Kendra Dean; her grandchildren Viviana and Liam; her significant other Jonathan McConnell. Christy will be deeply missed until we see her again.

Memorialzation will be by cremation.
