Mr. "Chip" Vernon Franklin Brennan, age 66, passed away March 6, 2026. He was born on January 20, 1960 in Webster, South Dakota to Roman Wagner and Josephine Keeble.

Mr. Brennan was a Metal Cron. worker in Florida. He was among five brothers. He enjoyed having laughs amongst friends and having pow wows in Native tongue. He loved to ride and knew how to get there. He loved to drink and watch life unfold with friends.

Mr. Brennan was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Brennan is survived by two sons, Zebulone McManama and Jake McManama; a niece, Tamy and nephew Josh.

Memorialization will be by cremation
