Mrs. Cheryl Nye Craft, age 59, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022. She was born on July 31, 1962 to Raymond Nye and Totsy Richardson Nye.

Mrs. Craft was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She gave her time to anyone who needed it. She loved working with special needs adults and children. She was active in her church and Emmaus walks.

Mrs. Craft is survived by her mother, Totsy Nye of Tyler, Texas; husband, Carey Craft of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, daughter, Nicole Martin of Tyler, Texas; her brother, Ray Nye; family by marriage and many friends.

Receiving of friends will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, Friday, July 29, 2022 at United Methodist Church; 88 Circle Dr, Defuniak Springs, FL 32435.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 29, 2022 at United Methodist Church, with Reverend Francis Turner officiating.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
