Mr. Charles "Lucky" Wayne Sydenstricker, age 74, passed away November 17, 2024.  He was born on October 9, 1950 in Chester County, Pennsylvania to Russell M. Sydenstricker, Jr and Catherine A. Dilley.

Mr. Sydenstricker was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He was a devoted significant other, father grandfather and friend. He worked as an electrician for many years. He also worked as an auto mechanic. He enjoyed fishing.

Mr. Sydenstricker was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Sheila A. Pennington, Richard A. Sydenstricker, Barry C. Sydenstricker, Russell M. Sydenstricker, III, Daniel M. Sydenstricker and two grandchildren, Kolton and Duncan Zeillemaker.

Mr. Sydenstricker is survived by his significant other, Irene Hager; children, Jessica D. Sydenstricker (Tamar Robinson), Rebecca Zeillemaker (Dustin), James Sydenstricker and Stephanie Hinote (Sam Williams); grandchildren, Brooklyn Robinson, Evan Robinson, Oliver Robinson, Everett Zeillemaker, Taylor Hinote, Alexia Hinote and Kayden Hinote; one brother, Gregg Sydenstricker; one sister, Debbie Difilippo.

Celebration of life will be held 4:00 - 6:00 PM, Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 400 East Nelson Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help offset expenses.
