Mrs. Carole Ann Richards, age 71, passed away January 1, 2023.  She was born on February 2, 1951, in Washington DC to Edward Bjorkman and Ruth Bjorkman.

Mrs. Richards was Presbyterian by faith. She was a social worker for Goodwill for 15+ years. She had a special place in her heart for that type of work. She was excellent with people and never met a stranger. She enjoyed antiquing and yard sales and she loved going to the beach and had her favorite spot at Blue Mountain Beach. She had an affinity for life itself and loved and cherished her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Richards was preceded in death by her father and mother, Edward Bjorkman and Ruth Bjorkman.

Mrs. Richards is survived by her loving husband, Dennis Richards; one brother, Edward Garette Bjorkman; two daughters, Amy Malanese and Erin Ruth; four grandchildren, Katherine, Brooke, Hannah Ray and Jacob Ray and three great grandchildren.
