Mr. Burrell Clarence Elliott age 70, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024. He was born July 4, 1953 in Poitiers, France to Colonel Herbert Lee Elliott and Leola Margaret Elliott.

Burrell was a resident of Seacrest Beach, Florida. He was raised in Iowa Park, Texas. As a young adult, he moved to Prairieville, Louisiana where he lived for almost two decades. He honed his construction skills in Louisiana which eventually led him to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida where he resided since February of 1987. Burrell built a life on the Gulf Coast. He married Sonja in 1994 and they had their daughter Miller in 1995. His business, Elliott Construction, was an integral part of the growth of the housing communities on 30A, predominantly in Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Burrell was a true artisan as a hands-on builder and master carpenter. Through his interactions with the local community, he built friendships that lasted a lifetime.

Burrell enjoyed playing guitar, telling stories, golfing, fishing, playing solitaire, and of course eating Cajun food.

Burrell was preceded in death by his father and mother.

Burrell is survived by his daughter Miller (Jimmy) Frank; sisters, Donna (Bill) Franklin and Jayne Beale; brother, Dick (Donna) Elliott; nieces, Alisha (Jeremy) Crouch, Brittney (Jarred) Emerson, Jenny (Clayton) Iley, Caitlin (Reed) Young and Rebecca Beale; nephews, Jerrod (Christy) Elliott and Matthew Beale.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 2:00-5:00 PM at Hurricane Oyster Bar & Grill at 37 Logan Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.
