Mrs. Annie "Ann" Lee Shaw, 86, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022. She was born on July 4, 1935 in Pike County, Alabama to Lonnie Flowers and Lula Davis Flowers.

Mrs. Shaw was a long-time resident of Freeport, Florida. She was Methodist by faith and a member of the Freeport United Methodist Church. She was a devoted wife and she worked a licensed practical nurse. She enjoyed fishing and cooking. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed taking care of children, having worked in the church nursery and taking care of children through her home.

Mrs. Shaw was preceded in death by her father and mother and her loving husband A.D. Shaw; brother Carlton Flowers; her sisters, Mary Frances Adams, Sara Linzey, Eunivae Chapman and Ada Danner.

Mrs. Shaw is survived by her brother Leon Flowers and wife Mary of Troy, Alabama; two sisters, Lonice McLendon of Freeport, Florida and Betty Shiver of Jack, Alabama; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home; 150 East Highway 20, Freeport, FL 32439.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Freeport United Methodist Church; 174 Harrison Street, Freeport, FL 32439 with Reverend Wesley Syfrett officiating.

Flowers are being accepted.

Pallbearers will be Butch Schaffers, Hampton Schaffers, Harrison Schaffers, Lewis Weber, Mercer Smith, and Joseph Garrett.

Burial will follow in the Hatcher Cemetery.
