Mrs. Annette Jones, age 76, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023. She was born on April 5, 1947 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida to Carl and Lula Bell Campbell.

Mrs. Jones grew up in Eucheeanna on Campbell Road and graduated from Walton High School. Annette was very versatile working various jobs, including real estate assistant, mail clerk at the prison, and ward clerk at the hospital. Her greatest passion was her flowers and plants and working in the yard. She always loved to go fishing, mainly for bream. She had to teach her husband how to clean fish. She loved her two dogs. One of them, Rufas, came to her from Gayland and once they bonded, he would never leave her side. After he passed, she was then surprised with Dusty. He was with her for 16 years and passed away in her arms.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her father and mother; and one sister Elanor Gunter.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband of 24 years, Gayland Jones; two sons Charles Morgan, Ken Morgan and wife Dana; three grandchildren Mackenzie Morgan, Hayley Morgan, Joshua Morgan; and two step-grandchildren Logan Greer and Dustin Greer.

Burial will be held at a later date at Euchee Valley Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
