Ms. Angelica Virrueta Torres, age 47, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023. She was born on December 13, 1975 in Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Mexico to Javier Virrueta and Victoria Torres.

Ms. Virrueta was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She was Catholic by faith and was a member of St. Rita's Catholic Church. She was a devoted mother, daughter, and sister. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a very strong, hard-working lady. She was known as the backbone of her family.

Ms. Virrueta was preceded in death by her mother, Victoria Torres.

Ms. Virrueta is survived by her father Javier Virrueta Caranza; four sons Bryan Mandujano, Jose de Jesus Aranda, Jason Israel Mandujano-Virrueta, Daniel Mandujano; one daughter Angelica Valeria Che; six brothers Francisco Javier Virrueta Torres, Antonio Solorzano Torres, Christian Solorzano Torres, Armando Virrueta Torres, Arnulfo Virrueta Torres, Jose Angel Cortez; and one sister Victoria Josselyn Solorzano Torres.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at St. Rita's Catholic Church; 22 St. Rita Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at St. Rita's Catholic Church; 22 St. Rita Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459, with Father Michael Hartley officiating.
