Dear Betty and Family;
It was such a sad moment when I read of your loss of Charles in the WZEP Daily E~Mail Newsletter.
Though Charles was two years younger than my Brother, Tommy Little; Tommy always enjoyed so much knowing him...as I did; especially when he would be clowning and "cutting up" in the Bleachers in the Gym at WHS Pep ~Rallies,etc. He kept everyone sitting around ~ or nearby literally "in stitches" with his natural antics!
When you all were at Lackland AFB,and my Mama and oldest Sister, Juanita were also living in San Antonio. Mama wrote to me how much she enjoyed and appreciated you visiting her, before Juanita retiring from the AF in 1968, and they returned to Seagrove Beach.
Yes, "The Mold" was definitely broken when Charles Majors entered into this world, and now that he has moved on in his Eternal Life, we all can take comfort in the fact that "NO~one is really GONE, as long as there are those who REMEMBER them."
Please know of all the Prayers and Sympathy for all of you during not only this sad time, but also in the years ahead.
Sincerely, Anita Tankersley ("Daisey" Little ) email@example.com ___________________________________
